Return & Exchange Policy

At Gallery 1870, we want you to love your artwork. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for exchange credit within 30 days of delivery. Please review the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Return

  • Artwork must be in original condition and packaged as received

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs

  • A UPS return label will be provided by Gallery 1870

⚠️ All returns are for exchange credit only (non-refundable gift certificate or gift card)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards or gift certificates

  • Custom or commissioned artwork

  • Custom framing

  • Damaged or altered items not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Clearance and select sale items

Return Process

  1. Contact us to begin the return process

  2. We’ll email you a UPS return label and can help arrange a pickup if needed

  3. Repackage artwork securely using the original packaging materials

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status

  5. Approved returns will be issued as Gallery 1870 exchange credit, sent via email

Shipping Responsibility

  • All shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable

  • Exchange credit will reflect the cost of the artwork minus shipping charges
