"Carl Jung stated that you cannot be completely whole if you deny the darker parts of yourself. Allowing for integration, not elimination. So many times we feel the need to hide behind masks so we don’t show our vulnerabilities, as this can be an uncomfortable but necessary road of transitions in order to achieve a higher level, whether it be emotional, physical or financial. True light will always cast shadows, and these challenges can hide positive and powerful qualities that once embrace, can create an unmatched level of self-awareness and confidence."
